OVI will do our best to repair or replace for an identical product (or a comparable model at OVI’s discretion) at no charge.
OVI will not repair or provide you a replacement product if the product that you return shows evidence that the product has been tampered with, misused, abused or altered.
Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging, which is assumed to occur even when an item is used competently and with care and proper maintenance.
Yes, a REPAIR is covered for a period of 180 DAYS from the date of repair and a NEW product for the full FIVE YEARS from the original date of purchase.
In the first instance, please contact our Customer Service team on 02476 440404 and describe the nature of the defect, and if possible have photographic evidence you can email to us. Once agreed by us that the product is defective, products to be returned under the terms of this warranty should be sent, with a covering note and the proof of purchase (unless agreed by an OVI staff member in writing) to OVI at (the customer is responsible for all cost associated with returning the product to OVI):
