Need to offer an online solution for Schools Photography and Proofing? You've come to the right place! Our online system is state-of-the-art, fast, secure and customizable. There is no setup fee and no monthly or annual costs.

Our online schools system initially directs each client to high-value products, such as Framed Prints and Canvases, putting you in the best position to maximize your sales.
The next time you are asked ‘Do you offer an online ordering system?’ you can say ‘Yes!’ knowing your solution is the best of both worlds.
Select a proof card from our range here, once you have found a proof card you like, select ‘Setup Now’ underneath it.
As soon as your proof card is designed we will email it to you for approval. Once approved, we will setup your online schools account. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable time to guide you through managing your bookings, products and prices. Setup may take up to 5 working days after proof card approval.

Once you have a Pics4Schools account set up, you can offer as many of the following packs to your customers online as you like and set the selling prices for each as you desire. All of this can be done through your Pics4Schools Management System.
Pack prices shown are subject to an online order sales charge of 6% of your chosen selling price, minus postage. This covers credit card charges, website hosting and maintenance. We do not charge monthly fees, even if no orders are placed.

Going online offers your clients two routes for ordering; Via the proof card and/or through our dedicated consumer website.
Whilst our online solution is sleek and secure, this leaves the client with no instant ‘deadline to order’ and often reduces the amount of orders versus the Simply Schools system. However, orders can be higher in value due to the ease of ordering and product choice available.

Choose Simply Schools if you wish to stick with the traditional and most profitable route of proof card and sales envelope only.
As well as the above, Simply Schools offers a choice of other sales oportunities such as, Dual Mount products, Friends folders, and Sports & Dance specific pack options.
